he holds a law diploma recognised by the Republic of Cuba and has practiced in
the field of corporate law in the USA after finishing the Program of Instruction
of Lawyers at Harvard University.
He has acted for a range of clients including the SPANISH TOURIST BOARD, the
SPANISH ELECTRICITY BOARD, the REPUBLIC OF MONTENEGRO and the REPUBLIC OF CUBA.
He has provided legal advice for the latter on a broad spectrum of activities,
